We were totally reliant on Checkatrade to discover us a trustworthy expert for our repair job. We registered and posted our project details, but unfortunately, we were left high and dry.

Right away, the customer service from the "qualified" trader was lackluster/awful/terrible. He was unprofessional/rude/disrespectful and sent us a quote that was outrageous/ridiculous/way too high.
